Rossmoor is an unincorporated city covering a beautiful five square miles in northern Orange County. The community is bordered by the city of Seal Beach and the gated retirement community of Leisure World to the south, the city of Los Alamitos to the east and north, and the city of Long Beach to the west. During Rossmoor’s early days in the late 1950s, the entire community was developed as a collection of tract homes.
